Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and pursuing/holding licensure as required by state.
• Commitment to high-quality mental health care and ongoing professional development.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing and documentation, including treatment plans and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
