St. Mary’s Credit Union in Framingham’s Metrowest area is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative at our Framingham branch. No prior banking experience required!

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with retail services coursework.
• One year of teller or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Solid basic math and numerical skills.
• Ability to operate office equipment and computer terminals.
• Comm of Massachusetts Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members at the service counter with courtesy and professionalism.
• Promote and cross-sell financial products to deepen member relationships.
• Handle teller transactions and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Provide accurate information and resolve member inquiries and issues.
• Adhere to credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records and assist with branch reporting and audits.
