Job summary

eCommission, a leading real estate finance innovator, seeks a Marketing Web Developer to own daily website health, templates, and campaigns. You will code in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JS, build reusable templates, and ensure accurate tracking across GTM/GA4 and HubSpot.

Coordinate with marketing, dev, and agencies to deliver measurable improvements. You’ll optimize SEO, run A/B tests on landing pages, and maintain CMS pages, forms, and pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on web development with PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience building reusable templates in PHP-based sites (WordPress or custom).
• Familiar with version control, staging, and safe deployments to production.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4, with live-site tracking implementation.
• Understanding of technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, redirects, page speed.

Responsibilities

• Code and maintain website pages in PHP environment; build templates for campaigns.
• Own tracking: GTM, GA4, conversion/call tracking and analytics data flow.
• Install and maintain HubSpot tracking code; build HubSpot forms and CTAs on pages.
• Support AI visibility efforts and ensure accurate AI surface and references.
• Lead landing-page optimization; run A/B tests and document wins.
• Manage CMS, pages, performance, and accessibility; coordinate with partners.
