Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and measurement of marketing programs across channels. The role partners with Sales and stakeholders to drive growth, manage content, and ensure brand consistency.

You will lead campaigns, oversee processes, analyze performance, and present insights to leadership while adapting to evolving business priorities and maintaining high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing, communications, or related role.
• Strong content creation, messaging, editing, and brand stewardship across channels.
• Ability to partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth.
• Data-driven mindset to assess performance and guide improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with leadership audiences.
• Proven project management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Motivated, proactive, adaptable to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages marketing planning and calendars across channels and stakeholders.
• Creates, manages, and publishes multi-channel content reflecting brand strategy.
• Partners with Sales and other stakeholders to deliver marketing support.
• Leads campaigns and content production with timelines and stakeholders.
• Supports marketing tech, PM, content mgmt, and review processes.
• Monitors and analyzes marketing performance for insights and improvements.
• Prepares updates and insights for business partners and leadership.
• Oversees vendor, budget, and operational processes affecting delivery.
• Evaluates requests and prioritizes to balance needs and practical solutions.
• Advocates for brand standards and audience-appropriate materials.
• Documents workflows and supports process improvements for scalability.
• Assists with additional marketing initiatives and special projects.
