Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, or windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Basic computer skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklist and upsell additional products.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.
