Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of retail cooperative operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Board of Directors to set strategic direction and accountability.
• Oversee organizational growth and performance.
• Manage the organization to maximize return for members/patrons.
• Provide effective communication across board, leadership, employees, partners, community, and regulators.
• Relate to rural members with integrity and trust.
