World Finance in Augusta, GA seeks a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey and assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch. You will maximize growth, follow policies, and provide outstanding service to promote the branch and company culture.

Hourly Pay: $15 - $18. This role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, loan processing, and community engagement, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to transport deposits.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
