Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescriptions.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Achieve sales goals while following company and local policies.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety requirements.
• Perform basic housekeeping to uphold brand standards.
• Assemble lenses into frames, edge stock lenses, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
• Notify management of equipment malfunctions or incorrect orders.
