The Well in Cornelius, NC is seeking a marketing leader to own and evolve the firm's marketing function. Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with a player-coach mindset, focused on digital marketing and client acquisition.

Two levels are available: Marketing Strategist with growth potential or Director/VP of Marketing ready to build a team, manage campaigns, and drive growth for a growing wealth management firm.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience with growth in responsibility.
• Expertise in digital marketing including lead generation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
• Strong collaborative mindset and team-oriented work style.
• Player-coach mentality with ability to set strategy and execute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; hybrid schedule in NC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's overall marketing strategy aligned with leadership goals.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and growth.
• Manage website strategy, SEO, SEM, email marketing, automation, and analytics.
• Develop social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
• Oversee external communications, messaging, and content development.
• Manage branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Lead video strategy and production for promos and events.
• Create marketing collateral including brochures and emails.
• Plan conferences, client events, and corporate meetings with venue and logistics.
• Measure marketing effectiveness via KPIs and ROI tracking.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors; collaborate cross‑departmentally.
