Job summary

AAA Ohio Auto Club is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive digital campaigns and improve search visibility for the AAA OAC website. You will manage SEM/SEO tactics, create SEO content for blogs and location pages, and engage with customers across social platforms to boost conversions.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and 2 years of digital marketing/SEO experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and SEO tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or closely related field (required).
• 2 years' experience with digital marketing and search engine optimization.
• Microsoft Word, Excel And PowerPoint Experience (required).
• Experience with tools such as Google My Business, Yext and Yelp (required).
• Strong customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of compelling marketing programs to drive revenue and sales.
• Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives to optimize web traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to implement SEM & SEO strategies.
• Provide support in writing effective SEO content for blogs, local listings, location pages & directories, website and social media.
• Respond to comments, reviews and direct messages on all social media platforms.
• Assist members in solving technical issues on the website and AAA app.
