Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Google Ads certifications.
• Bonus: Previous agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize paid digital accounts across Google, Facebook, Yelp, Nextdoor, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data to improve client ROI.
• Develop and present digital strategies based on competitive research and market trends.
• Prepare client reports and present key findings to clients.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to execute marketing strategies.
• Mentor Digital Account Coordinators and contribute to their growth.
