Job summary

Lightcast, a global leader in labor market insights, is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Account Manager I) in San Francisco to nurture strong client relationships and drive renewals through proactive engagement and solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, manage multiple accounts, and identify upsell opportunities while helping clients maximize value from Lightcast solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or related role.
• Experience with sales prospecting, account management, and sales processes.
• Strong communication and presentation development skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through regular engagement and communication.
• Manage customer inquiries, identify challenges, and provide effective solutions.
• Drive account renewals, rate adjustments, cross-sells, and upsells by uncovering customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, document opportunities, and close sales and renewal agreements.
• Establish customer success goals, support onboarding, and monitor account health against defined targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Maintain high activity levels, manage multiple priorities, and adapt positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously learn and develop skills to create mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the company.
