Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy based on treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist, including activities of daily living.
• Monitor and document patient progress and maintain records per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and educate patients and families.
• Lead or assist with therapeutic activities and exercises while maintaining a positive environment.
