Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) seeks a seasoned Controller to lead accounting and financial operations in a growing, fast-paced setting. You will oversee a multi-level accounting team and partner with senior leadership to ensure integrity and efficiency across finance processes.

The ideal candidate is a CPA or has a Masters with strong technical accounting expertise and hands-on leadership experience in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Active CPA license is a strong plus; Masters acceptable if manufacturing experience aligns.
• Previous experience as a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience with M&A, including due diligence and integration.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and technical accounting principles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop an accounting team.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and close activities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accurate, timely reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, forecasts, and analyses.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with the CFO and other Controllers to ensure consistency in reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial planning.
