Job summary

Learfield seeks a Content Strategy & Distribution Manager to lead digital content strategy, social media, and content distribution across PRCA platforms. Drive audience growth, fan engagement, and revenue-supporting initiatives while collaborating with partners and content teams.

The role requires strategic storytelling and a deep understanding of platform best practices. Travel to select rodeos may be required to capture live content and stories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated content distribution strategy across all digital platforms.
• Lead the day-to-day management and growth of PRCA's social media presence.
• Collaborate with Learfield content producers and PRCA stakeholders to distribute original, branded, NIL, and partner content.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, contests, and fan engagement initiatives.
• Travel to select rodeos and events to capture live content and produce real-time storytelling.
• Moderate user-generated content and engage with fans in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to drive fan engagement and revenue growth.
