Job summary

Reeves Young LLC is seeking a Project Executive to oversee multiple projects and teams from start to finish, driving financial performance and client satisfaction. You will lead large signature projects, manage budgets, and coordinate staff across markets, while pursuing growth opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on problem solving. You will travel to project sites as needed and contribute to ongoing improvements in project delivery and safety.

Responsibilities

• Owns multiple projects and market sectors from start to finish.

• Evaluates personnel needs and adjusts resources through scheduling and redeployment.
• Maintains proactive issue resolution with monthly team reporting and timely actions.

What Can You Expect

• This position has the ultimate responsibility for multiple projects and teams and or market sector(s) and "owns" it through the course of work from start to finish.
• The Project Executive will lead and manage a large signature project or several projects and project teams while achieving financial control and attaining profit goals for each project.
• This individual also contributes to the development and execution of goals and strategies such as seeking new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, leading and training staff, hiring of needed or required team members and focusing on growth strategies.
• Proactively and timely evaluate personnel for needed or required changes and implement actions required as necessary by maintaining a resource schedule of needs, starts and completions.
• Maintain a focused and continuous management effort to ensure issues and challenges are dealt with proactively and timely by requiring team reporting monthly and evaluating needed changes, and implement needed changes timely.

What You Bring to the Table

• Must have experience dealing with budgets, procurement and working in other corporate systems that aid in managing and building projects.
• Demonstrates strength in people management, troubleshooting and using various business systems.
• Must be able to work in a demanding growth environment with corresponding challenges, committed to quality control and be performance and "results" oriented.
• Must be self-motivated and punctual displaying professional appearance and excel in written/verbal communication
• Must be willing and able to travel to various project sites in-town and/or out-of-town for extended periods of time daily/weekly/monthly or as required in the execution of your responsibilities.
