Dohner Landscaping Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance and snow service accounts. The role blends relationship management, growth, estimating support, and field coordination in Hudson, OH.

You will work with clients, field teams, and internal departments to expand services, ensure quality, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive renewals and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial landscaping sales, account management, or related industry experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
• Comfortable traveling to commercial client sites throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance and snow service accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and commercial clients.
• Conduct regular client visits to monitor service quality and address concerns.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and propose additional services.
• Generate new commercial business opportunities and support growth.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, and field crews to deliver services as promised.
• Maintain accurate account information and communications using LMN software.
• Monitor account profitability and support gross profit goals.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain long-term relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive renewals and referrals.
