Qualifications

• Progressive sales experience in commercial banking and C&I lending.
• Experience dealing with C-level executives and investors.
• Solid understanding of loan processes and credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow commercial and industrial client relationships in the market.
• Lead credit process coordination with loan committees and credit teams.
• Structure, price, and document large loan opportunities within policy.
• Navigate closings with customers, attorneys, and settlement agents.
• Grow deposits and treasury services through strategic relationship management.
• Lead market activities and community engagement to drive business.
