Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations such as merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, and scheduling.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor Associates to create a positive work environment and strong customer experiences.
• Communicate and implement plans for projects, targets, and store initiatives; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store programs.
