• Drive occupancy through proactive leasing strategies, renewals, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
• Ensure timely rent collection and financial reporting compliance.
• Serve as the point of contact for residents and address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve property performance and resident retention.
• Uphold Fair Housing compliance and KH values in all interactions.
