The role emphasizes collaboration with BI, product management, brand marketing, and finance to maximize ROI while managing CPA and revenue-share campaigns. This contract position is based in Alameda, CA with standard 9–5 hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading partnership/affiliate marketing programs.
• Experience with Impact.com, Rakuten and CJ platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience onboarding and managing partnerships with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the affiliate marketing program with internal teams.
• Manage the affiliate budget, forecasting and opportunity sizing.
• Collaborate with BI to understand incrementality of affiliate channels.
• Develop and execute CPA and revenue share campaigns to drive new users.
• Negotiate, manage, and optimize affiliate partner contracts while ensuring compliance.
