Job summary

Fairpark Health and Rehab is seeking an Admissions Director to guide new residents and families through the admissions process while representing the facility in the community. You will conduct tours, handle admissions paperwork, and welcome new admissions.

You will coordinate facility marketing and sales programs, build referral relationships, and participate in community events to help grow census. Strong communication and outreach are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Setting.
• Previous experience in long term care in an Admissions/Marketing role.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and promote technical information (i.e. clinical outcomes, data points)
• Networking and putting together Community Events

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, handle the admissions paperwork and welcome all the new admissions.
• Meet with residents and their families
• Coordinate and implement effective facility marketing and sales programs in the area.
• Lead and coordinate the admissions process
• Will also be out expanding the name and meeting with other people in the community.
