Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Support vendor invoice processing, coding, and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries as needed.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records and supporting docs.
• Reconcile accounts and provide routine accounting reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support cash receipts and payment applications; meet deadlines.
