Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial and employee information.

Responsibilities

• Review employee timesheets, calculate commissions and payroll adjustments for bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Manage accounts payable tasks, invoice processing, and vendor communications.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain organized digital accounting records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities and generate financial reports.
• Coordinate funding requests with operations teams and review project records for accuracy.
• Distribute daily management reports and help manage company-issued technology equipment.
