Qualifications

• 3–5 years of employee benefits account management experience with a sales focus.
• State insurance licenses; CEBS/PHR/SPHR preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and set up new clients per established Best Practices.
• Prepare client meeting material for Advisor or Account Executive.
• Assist with development of short and long-range client goals.
• Monitor client goals through renewal via the Apex Benefits Service Cycle.
• Develop additional lines of coverage for existing clients.
• Manage communications and carrier relations through renewal.
• Coordinate with vendors to set up client programs and paperwork.
