Qualifications

• 5-7 years of combined experience in consulting or investment banking and in-house corporate finance or strategy roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation.
• Clear communication and stakeholder relationship skills; ability to mentor peers.
• Track record of owning complex workstreams and influencing change through partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess opportunities to drive users and revenue—emphasis on consumer and ads products, sales, and marketing.
• Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure execution from ideation to completion.
• Influence decisions through clear recommendations and stakeholder alignment.
• Build models, forecasts, and business cases to guide planning, investment, and resource allocation.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and advertiser needs; develop strategic growth initiatives.
• Work with Investor Relations to target growth areas of interest.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of initiatives and adjust as needed.
• Improve processes and reporting; share expertise across teams.
