Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) skills.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional growth and expansion programs.
Identify problems, opportunities, and scalable program solutions from customer and business needs.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams.
Use data and metrics to evaluate opportunities and drive decisions.
Establish and maintain program visibility, roadmaps, and post-launch reviews.
Communicate strategy, risks, and results to senior stakeholders.
