Job summary

The client, CarterPierce, INC., is a private equity firm seeking a results-driven professional to lead owner outreach in the US. You will identify prospective targets, run multi-touch campaigns, and move discussions from initial contact to NDA and LOI, while building trust with business owners.

You will collaborate with the deal team, log activities in the CRM, and report weekly on searches and pipeline status, aiming to fill the deal flow with qualified opportunities that fit target criteria.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sourcing/origination within a private equity or VC setting.
• Proven ability to hit volume targets in a high-activity outreach process.
• Strong verbal communication and room-reading skills.
• Builder mentality with comfort in ambiguity and evolving processes.
• Executive presence and integrity in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to business owners meeting target criteria.
• Manage multi-touch outreach across calls, emails, LinkedIn and texts.
• Nurture relationships from first touch through NDA and LOI.
• Support deal team with initial diligence and data collection.
• Log tasks, notes, and keep CRM updated; report weekly on pipeline.
