Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run growth experiments across product, content, and distribution.
• Create automation and tools that amplify reach and reduce manual work.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to translate insights into experiments.
• Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Build internal dashboards and feedback loops to align on growth metrics.
• Work closely with founders to shape growth strategy and execution.
• Help create and refine our early growth playbook as we scale.
