The Role

Eightsleep.com is where millions of people discover Eight Sleep and decide to join the sleep fitness movement. You’ll join our Growth team and help us move fast on a high-traffic storefront serving customers around the world. You won’t be shadowing. You’ll be shipping landing pages and A/B tests that go live within days and directly move revenue.

We’re looking for a hungry, proactive new graduate at the start of their career who loves turning ideas into shipped, measurable experiments. The ideal candidate has already built and shipped web projects through internships, side projects, hackathons, or open source, has a high bar for quality and detail, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll work closely with the growth, marketing, and design teams, and side by side with some of the best engineers in Silicon Valley.

How you’ll contribute

• Build marketing pages: ship landing, campaign, and partner/influencer pages, translating designs into clean, responsive, accessible components

• Run experiments end to end: design, build, and launch A/B tests, instrument the funnels you need, read the results, and share what you learn. Bring your own test ideas to the table

• Build scalable, templatized systems that make launching new pages fast and consistent

• Help own the analytics stack: maintain and extend our tracking and advertising integrations, and keep event data accurate and privacy-compliant

• Optimize conversion at every step of the funnel: promos, email capture, CTAs, messaging, and page performance

• Keep SEO and accessibility in great shape: metadata, sitemaps, structured data, page speed, and accessible components

• Build for a global audience: create localized pages and experiments across our supported regions and languages

• Use AI tools to move faster: prototype quickly, automate the repetitive parts, and raise your output

What you need to succeed

• You’ve built and shipped real web projects: a live site, a polished portfolio project, open-source contributions, or meaningful internship work

• Hands‑on experience with React and TypeScript; Next.js is a strong plus

• Experiment-design sense: you can frame a clean hypothesis, think about sample size and significance, and know when to trust a result

• Curiosity about analytics: funnels, cohorts, and event tracking (Amplitude, GA4, or Google Tag Manager are a plus)

• Strong attention to detail: you QA your own work and ship things that don’t bounce back

• Care for web performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility, and user privacy

• Comfort using AI in your engineering workflow: you use tools like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to write, debug, and ship code faster, and you know when to trust them and when not to

• A bias toward shipping quickly and iterating

• English fluency

• Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating soon, with a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related engineering field

• Legal permit to work in the EU and willingness to work from Milan

Bonus points for

• You’re a builder: you’ve won hackathons, ship side projects for fun, or are active in student organizations (tech clubs, startup societies)

• A live website or web app you built that’s publicly available (include the link in your application form)

• Internship experience in growth, marketing, or ecommerce

• Experience with SEO/AEO, structured data, or internationalization/localization

• Tailwind CSS, design‑system component work, or Figma-to-code workflows

• Familiarity with a headless CMS, server‑side conversion tracking, or media‑heavy sites

• A passion for health, wellness, or consumer hardware products
