Job summary

Parameter builds AI agents that perform autonomous penetration tests against production apps and cloud environments, identifying IDORs, broken access control, XSS, and infrastructure misconfigurations that scanners miss. This onsite internship sits between product, engineering, and distribution in San Francisco.

You’ll ship a security-minded tool, automate workflows, and contribute to launches while learning from founders.

Qualifications

• Prototyping and shipping projects that users actually use.
• Production TypeScript and frontend focus with attention to detail.
• Analytics, basic SQL, and data-driven decision making.
• Able to convert rough goals into a usable first version within days.
• Clear writing and sense of product, with good taste.
• Bonus: cybersecurity, developer tools, or founder-led growth exposure.

Responsibilities

• Build growth surfaces from start to finish: landing pages, free tools, product-led loops, onboarding experiments, and internal automation
• Run a tight experiment cadence. Form a specific hypothesis, ship it, measure it, and decide what happens next
• Own funnel instrumentation in PostHog and SQL so we can trace a customer from first visit through a booked call and paid engagement
• Work with the founders on launches, technical content, outbound experiments, and the occasional idea that should exist by tomorrow
• Talk to prospects and customers, find the words they use for the problem, and put those words back into the product
