Job summary

TalentPluto, Inc. is seeking a Growth Engineer (GTME) to join a fast-moving fintech startup focused on blockchain-based market infrastructure. You will build scalable growth systems, extract insights from marketing and product data, and influence the user journey from discovery to conversion.

This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with marketing and engineering to implement data-driven experiments, optimize onboarding, and connect on-chain activity to growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth engineering or related technical role.
• Strong technical ability; able to build, not just operate no-code tools.
• Experience with consumer fintech, trading, or data-rich products.
• Experience with data pipelines, experimentation systems, or analytics infrastructure.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with growth, product, and engineering teams.
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup with high ownership.
• Exposure to crypto or on-chain activity is a plus.
• Frontend experimentation or growth product experience is a plus.
• Experience connecting technical systems to go-to-market or user acquisition strategy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build growth systems, tooling, and workflows from the ground up.
• Translate marketing, user, and product data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Help develop data pipelines, experimentation infrastructure, and reporting that improve decision-making.
• Partner with engineering and marketing to prioritize and execute growth initiatives.
• Support onboarding, discoverability, trust, and conversion.
• Contribute to API, SDK, or technical integration work where relevant.
• Run and evaluate experiments across product surfaces, landing experiences, or user flows.
• Help connect onchain or wallet-level activity with broader growth and go-to-market efforts where applicable.
