Wispr is building a voice interface for computing, and we’re seeking a Growth Engineer in San Francisco to own onboarding, first dictation, and the path from trying Flow to relying on it.

You will run experiments, analyze results, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve activation and retention. The role emphasizes fast iteration, ownership, and clear measurement of impact.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping growth experiments and measuring funnel metrics.
• Strong data analysis and SQL skills; able to explain results clearly.
• Comfort with rapid iteration and ownership in ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the activation curve: onboarding, first use, habit formation.
• Ship experiments fast, read results honestly, graduate winners and kill losers.
• Improve randomization, exposure, instrumentation, and analysis that make results trustworthy.
• Close funnel gaps across platforms with the teams that own the product experience.
