Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pursuit leaders, market development teams and business development professionals to support growth activities.
• Maintain and leverage the CRM to monitor pipeline, track due dates and document relationships.
• Coordinate growth meeting schedules, prepare agendas, capture notes and action items.
• Assist with preparation of proposals and pursuit deliverables to ensure brand and risk compliance.
• Support on-site logistics, events, registrations and post-event analysis.
