Position Summary The MPL Growth Enablement Lead in Korea is responsible for leveraging technical expertise to support and accelerate business opportunities in the market. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams to qualify leads and ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely, and competitive quotations for validated pursuits.

Role Description:
• Go-to-Market Strategy Actively contribute to the development and execution of the Go-to-Market plan, including pricing strategy and sales target setting for the designated area. • Pipeline Quality & Opportunity Management Identify and assess opportunities initiated by sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals before initiating solution development. Regularly monitor Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of bid activities. • Knowledge Sharing & Awareness Building Spread technical knowledge across commercial teams to enable effective promotion of project logistics solutions. Participate in customer meetings when deeper technical expertise is required. • Contract Management Conduct detailed analysis of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to ensure all technical, commercial, and operational requirements are fully understood and addressed. Review and interpret contractual terms and conditions to identify risks, obligations, and opportunities for negotiation. • Solution Design & Bid Development Take ownership of delivering high-quality, competitive, and compliant bid responses that align with customer expectations and company standards. • Pricing Strategy Define pricing structures and set appropriate margins to support both profitability and competitiveness. • Innovation & Competitiveness Continuously seek innovative and cost-effective solutions to enhance proposal competitiveness and increase win rates. Gather and analyze pricing data and market intelligence to inform bid strategies and value propositions. • Customer Interaction & Negotiation Support business development by participating in customer presentations, clarification sessions, and contract negotiations as required. • Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate closely with internal teams including Operations, Procurement, and QHSE, both locally and globally. Engage with regional counterparts to share best practices and ensure alignment with global standards. • Performance Review & Continuous Improvement Contribute to post-bid reviews by analyzing lost opportunities and identifying lessons learned to improve future bid strategies and overall process effectiveness. ·Desired Experience & Competencies:
• In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience in project logistics, with a solid understanding of customer needs and market trends specific to the Korean region. • Well-versed in the commercial sales process, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and effective customer engagements. • Proven ability to design customized logistics solutions and implement pricing strategies that align with both business goals and customer expectations. • Track record of working effectively across departments to ensure alignment and support decision-making in complex project environments. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify potential operational risks early and incorporate mitigation strategies into planning. • Extensive experience in developing and delivering detailed logistics solutions tailored to specific project requirements. • Skilled in delivering clear, persuasive presentations to a variety of audiences.
