Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse or distribution management.
• Experience leading a high-volume operation.
• Proven track record in team development.
• Strong receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping experience.
• Experience with warehouse tech and systems.
• Ability to lead from the floor in a hands-on environment.
• Excellent communication with staff, management, customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse personnel in a busy distribution environment.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, shipping, and delivery.
• Maintain organized, efficient warehouse for broad product range and customer needs.
• Establish processes for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet orders accurately and efficiently.
• Identify productivity improvements and reduce errors.
• Utilize warehouse technology and reporting tools to improve visibility.
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and transportation resources.
• Develop culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Train, coach, and retain employees; prepare operation for growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and improve service.
• Ensure activities are safe and compliant with policies.
