Job summary

Nitra is seeking a VP of People to own and scale our people function during a critical growth phase. This leader will partner with leadership across Sales, Product, and Operations to align talent strategy with business goals, build high-performing teams, and develop the people systems needed for rapid, sustainable growth.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution while also owning onboarding, performance management, manager enablement, and the employee experience.
