Job summary

Martinizing Cleaners in Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to work with the store manager to grow the business and develop staff. You will ensure impeccable customer service when the manager is away.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the store.

• Maintain cash drawer accuracy.
• Keep store clean to support a benchmark appearance.
• Resolve customer issues and claims.
• Manage commercial accounts.
• Master the POS system to maximize its tools.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Martinizing Cleaners team is looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to help oversee operations as a Store Supervisor!

The Store Supervisor position involves working closely with the store manager in order to continually grow the business as well as develop staff. When the manager is absent, the Store Supervisor would be responsible for ensuring that we live up to our brand’s standard of impeccable customer service.

Responsibilities of the Store Supervisor:

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs, and/or questions
• Sort and examine articles of clothing
• Mark-In incoming customer orders
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
