Nebraska Lifestyles Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in an in-office, full-time position. You will process vendor invoices, manage owner distributions, and reconcile bank and credit card statements while maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software (bonus if AppFolio Experience).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor bills and invoices
• Prepare and execute owner distributions
• Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis
• Collect and organize receipts and supporting documentation
• Reconcile and balance company credit card statements
• Assist with biannual real estate commission audits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
