Purpose Brands seeks a Social Media Manager for Waxing The City to elevate the brand’s organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and beyond. You will translate performance data into compelling content strategies that resonate with communities and celebrate our fans.

You’ll lead end-to-end content creation, collaborate with operations, SEO, and CRM teams, and guide brand voice while staying ahead of trends in beauty and wellness.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of experience in social media or digital content roles, with proven success in building breakthrough brand presences.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube—best practices and emerging trends.
• Experience in beauty, self-care, wellness, or service-based brands; multi-location or franchise experience is a plus.
• Strong creative skills across video production, copywriting, and editing for social.
• Proven ability to generate content that connects with communities and drives engagement.
• Analytical mindset with experience translating data into insights and action.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and navigating fast-paced, evolving social environments.

• Lead the creative strategy and execution of Waxing The City’s organic brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Create platform-specific content (short-form video, graphics, photography, copy) and ideate campaigns.
• Manage brand content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with operations, SEO, and CRM teams to ensure accuracy and amplification opportunities.
• Oversee community management across brand pages and develop ambassador/partnership campaigns.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
