Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Affiliate Marketing projects.
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well.
• Demonstrated CRO expertise in a fast-moving sales/marketing environment.
• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support manager teammates.
• Sharp organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Chase down warm referrals before competitors in Helena.
