Job summary

A leading commercial flooring company seeks an experienced Sales and Project Manager to drive revenue growth and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the commercial flooring industry and a strong sales track record. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in the commercial flooring industry.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Competent in cold calling and giving presentations.
• Proficient in English and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused on increasing revenue streams.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Promote the company’s products/services to clients.
• Keep records of sales revenue, profit margins, KPI’s, etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and support post-installation.
