L & R Enterprises Inc in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a driven Commercial Flooring Project Manager to lead complex flooring installations from kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate with general contractors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on time and on budget.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in commercial flooring or related construction, strong knowledge of carpet, LVT, tile, and resilient products, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in commercial flooring or related construction.
• Strong knowledge of carpet, LVT, tile, and resilient flooring.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial flooring projects, from pre-construction planning through final installation and closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and profitability goals.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications.
• Review and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and flooring specifications.
• Procure materials, negotiate with vendors, and manage inventory and delivery logistics.
• Identify and resolve project issues, change orders, and scope adjustments in a timely manner.
