Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking with proactive client recommendations.
• Mentor and manage a small team (2–5) to peak performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage full sales cycle: consult, close, and client retention.
• Analyze KPIs (lead conversion, revenue) to identify improvements.
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads.
• Promote treatment packages with persuasive value propositions.
