Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full service, high volume restaurant management experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory controls, labor costs, and other operating expenses.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
