Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage employees, guests, and partners.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with detail-oriented focus.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, labor costs, and other operating expenses.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance through regular inspections and policy adherence.
• Administrative Oversight: Ensure timely completion of daily sales reporting, payroll, inventory controls, cash handling, and petty cash documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor food, beverage, and service quality to meet brand standards and guest expectations.
• Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive, collaborative work environment with emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Business Results: Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to deliver strong results.
