Responsibilities

• Work with qualified buyers, manage your pipeline, and guide clients from consultation through closing.
• Meet with qualified buyers and guide them through the home-buying process.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up; manage leads and your sales pipeline using our CRM and proven systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that generates referrals and repeat business.
• Host team open houses and work assigned buyer leads.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching, and ongoing training.
