Soccer Shots Puerto Rico is seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead and expand youth soccer programs across Puerto Rico. The role blends business development, operations, team coordination, and customer service to grow registrations and partnerships.

You will present and sell our program to schools and centers, secure fields, manage schedules, and support coaches while delivering excellent family experiences. Join a growing team focused on positive outcomes for children and communities.

Aufgaben

• Present and sell the Soccer Shots program to schools, childcare centers, and other organizations.
• Identify and secure new fields and locations for Soccer Shots programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, childcare centers, facilities, and community partners.
• Coordinate program schedules, locations, and coach assignments.
• Manage scheduling changes, coach availability, substitutions, and day-to-day operational situations.
• Communicate with parents and provide excellent customer service.
• Lead community activations, promotional events, free soccer days, and enrollment initiatives.
• Follow up with interested families and help convert leads into registrations.
• Support coaches and ensure programs are running smoothly.
• Help identify new opportunities to increase enrollment and expand Soccer Shots into new communities.
• Track program growth, registrations, and business development opportunities.
