Job summary

Soccer Shots Puerto Rico is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead classes for children ages 2-8. No soccer experience required, but a love for helping kids grow is essential. Flexible hours with potential for advancement are offered, including paid training and certification.

Responsibilities include running safe, engaging sessions for up to 12 children, following a weekly curriculum, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive, developmental experience for every child.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with young children.
• Ability to follow and reinforce a weekly curriculum.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible in all classroom duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment and prepare the space.
• Engage each child individually during class and monitor safety.
• Manage equipment and class roster and maintain accurate attendance.
• Attend team meetings and trainings and provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make sessions engaging and impactful.
