Job summary

CGT U.S. Limited in New Braunfels, Texas is seeking Production Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with potential to increase to $19 within 12 months. Training provided.

You will operate production equipment, assist with set ups and changeovers, collect data in SAP/HMI, and report defects to supervisors. Overtime and weekend work may be required in a non-climate controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to adhere to environmental regulations and company procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely in assigned positions.
• Identify defects and aid root-cause investigation.
• Assist with setup, changeovers of products and processes.
• Record data into HMIs or SAP-based systems.
